BREAKING: MARVEL ANNOUNCES LINE-WIDE RELAUNCH
Marvel Comics has been teasing for some time that they have big plans come spring. Today we finally have a firm idea on exactly what the publisher has tucked up its sleeve.
Fresh news posted via Marvel’s YouTube channel, editor in chief C.B. Cebulski and Joe Quesada teased sweeping changes to the Marvel Comics line-up. From the video we can see marquee heroes like Captain America and Thor back in their classic roles. With old talent like Brian Michael Bendis and Dan Slott departing the company, Marvel seems poised to capitalize by injecting new talent in a wide-ranging title relaunch.
So far, details are still scant, but one development is that Marvel’s various Avengers titles will be condensed to one title with Avengers #1. Joining the traditional roster of Iron Man, Thor and Captain America will be Robbie Reyes’ Ghost Rider, She-Hulk (now just Hulk), Black Panther, Captain Marvel, and Dr, Strange.
Stay tuned for more details as they develop and watch Marvel’s announcement video below.
